Noedia’s history is split up into three ages.
The days Before Civilization (B.C.) are numbered from 0 to 28. During this time, the gods formed the world and the cosmos. This era is known as the Month of Origin, and its events are detailed in the Book of Origin. The period began with the birth of Kron, god of time, who went on to create many other gods and the universe, ending with the gift of civilization, given from the god Kog to the mortals of Bekha.
In between the ages B.C. and A.D. is the Forgotten Era (F.E.). It was early during this time when the sentient races were given the gift of agriculture and written word. With these new god-given tools, mankind forged cities of great splendor and glory. This age came to an abrupt and violent end, however, when the Rolanni tribes to the west united under a common chief. The barbarians swept through civilized lands, setting fire to crops, burning libraries to the ground, and toppling entire cities. Though they left as quickly as they came, nobody’s pieced together the forgotten history of this period.
Naught but a decade after the Rolanni Incursion, there was a warrior of great virtue named Thrinn who, in the last years of his life, created the Heavenly Portal. The beginning of the current age started with 0 A.D. (After Death), in honor of Thrinn’s death.

In the year 241 AD, a powerful dragon named Keraptis rose from the dead, threatening to destroy Death and take over the throne of the City of Death. Keraptis was slain by Thrinnchild and his band of Dracolich Slayers before the dragon could bring his plans to fruition. Thrinnchild and his companions went their separate ways, each achieving greatness or infamy, depending on who you ask.
Deisus Thrinnchild (Kruegs) sprouted wings and ascended to Thrinn’s side, serving as an angel under him.
Chiron Windhoof (Steve) returned to the Rolanni Plains, serving as mediator and negotiating peace between the warring tribes of Rolann. He later discovered a mysterious being known as The Mother Spirit.
The half-dragon pirate Luca Grey (Benson) bought his own ship with the spoils of Keraptis' treasure and sailed the Salt Sea with a crew of dragonkin. Their descendents are known as the Dragonborn.
Amschel (Mersch) founded Zek Yanrai in order to teach others in the way of Psi.
Tony V. (G-Man) joined the Shadow Stalkers and overthrew its leader. Most of Traton is now under his control, and his influence extends throughout much of Noedia’s black market.
A great necromancer (Nate) was among the heroes who slayed Keraptis, but her name is lost to history. It is said that she slipped into the shadows to serve Death in Necron Swamp.
